Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.jbnewyork.com (the "Site"), operated by JB NYC Studios ("we", "us", "our"), and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products and authenticity

We sell new, authentic streetwear, sneakers, accessories and collectibles. Most items are one of a kind and are not restocked. We do our best to show each item accurately, but colors on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. Because many items are listed on more than one sales channel, an item may sell out before your order is completed. If that happens, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or items no longer available. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Some codes exclude certain products, such as sneakers.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds, except when you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or copying its content, images or branding without our permission. All content on the Site belongs to JB NYC Studios or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless stated otherwise.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is", and JB NYC Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
